Cleanliness of the rooms was commendable with well-maintained common areas.
Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the shower temperature that took multiple attempts to adjust. The room itself was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable for me. I also found the breakfast offerings a bit lacking. I was disappointed that popular items like hash browns or black pudding weren't available.

Enjoyed my stay at Sunnydale! The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the staff was super welcoming. Just had a bit of trouble with the shower temperature, but overall, fantastic experience!

Spotlessly clean with extremely friendly service. Breakfast was delicious, definitely one of the best I've had! Plus, the location was peaceful and a short walk to the tram.
The bathroom could be a tad bigger for families.

Inconsistent shower temperatures need addressing!!! Lack of complimentary toiletries in rooms was disappointing!!! Wi-Fi connection issues made it frustrating to stay connected!!! Steep stairs to higher floors could be a challenge!!!

The host was welcoming and accommodating, especially with requests for extra amenities for the kids. Breakfast was enjoyable, featuring freshly prepared options. there were issues with the heating in the room, making it uncomfortably cold during the night. the Wi-Fi did not reach the room, and the shower temperature required constant adjustments to get it just right.

Both Franco and his wife provided a warm welcome, offering useful advice on the entrance system. The super king room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view over the gardens. Breakfast choices were ample, with everything cooked well and served hot.
The room lacked some modern touches that would make the stay even better.
